In yoga philosophy, it is said that all our suffering comes from the mind. So how beautiful would it be to be able to silence the mind for a moment and to find some stillness and peace within. Let's explore this together.

A mindfulness practice such as Yoga and Meditation increases your self-awareness. You will be able to release physical and emotional tension from your body, balance your energy, strengthen your self-esteem and become more resilient. The mind becomes quiet and you are better connected with your true essence, your own inner voice and intuition.

 

In addition, it helps to reduce stress and to release stress related pain, such as headache or lower back pain. It is also supportive in the process of healing from mental-health problems such as addictions, eating disorder, anxiety, trauma or depression.

I'm  creating and holding a space for you, where you can be by yourself and with yourself fully. That allows you to dive deeply into yourself and to listen to your own voice and your own truth.
